We raise tax-exempt financing for 501(c)(3) qualified nonprofit organizations. Nonprofits use these funds to build things like classrooms, gymnasiums, camps, medical centers, and other long-lived assets. These projects are undertaken by private schools, YMCAs, volunteer fire departments and similar nonprofit groups. We typically raise from $7 million to $25 million for such projects. Manufacturers can raise up to $10 million for new production facilities under a second tax-exempt program. A third tax-exempt program can be used to raise financing for qualified low-income housing.
