Debt Financing And Equity Funding
Most of our clients believe that some sort of debt financing will solve their business need. There are many forms of debt financing, and our clients often combine different types of financing to achieve their objectives.
We also raise all forms of equity financing.
We are licensed to raise equity through a broker-dealer that is a member of FINRA and registered with the SEC.*
Tax-Exempt Financing
We raise tax-exempt financing for qualified nonprofit organizations (501c3), for certain manufacturing facilities, and for housing projects that include units for low-income renters. Nonprofits use these funds to build things like classrooms, gymnasiums, camps, medical centers, and other long-lived assets. These projects are undertaken by private schools, YMCAs, volunteer fire departments and similar nonprofit groups. We typically raise from $7 million to $25 million for such projects. Manufacturers can raise up to $10 million for new production facilities under a second tax-exempt program. A third tax-exempt program can be used to raise financing for qualified low-income housing.

Most Businesses & Industries Qualify
Sources of capital address the needs of most companies. You need to find the right sources for your particular business.
Sources of capital usually have specific criteria for the kinds of businesses, the financial structures and the conditions under which they will provide capital. These preferences may be based on a number of factors — the experience of the principals of the firm, the source of the firm’s capital, regulatory or legal issues, etc. Your challenge is to find the source of capital that fits your business’ characteristics and to avoid wasting time where no fit exists. Your business needs to fit the criteria of the source of capital .
